Hormone balance? What is that anyway?
Our modern lives can lead to unhealthy eating, less exercise and more stress.
This causes hormones to become unbalanced, we feel less energetic, develop (vague) symptoms and often have an unhealthy weight or gain weight.
I will specifically address these three factors to restore hormonal balance, regardless of what your symptoms are.
Nutrition
What does nutrition do to your body and how do you stay healthy or get healthy again?
This question preoccupied me after countless research into various health concepts on the Internet. Personally, I could not agree with a certain concept, a low-carb diet, a one-sided diet or a sales and marketing-driven concept that takes a lot of money out of the customer's pocket and leaves them stranded at the end. There had to be a better way.
As a result, I began to specialize in nutrition - and in what nutrition does to the body. I discovered that many foods disrupt our hormonal balance - and this leads to many symptoms.
My mission is to spread this knowledge and advise people who are looking for help in finding their way around these diets and eating habits that are flooded with sales and marketing.
Stress Relief
Stress is a bigger killer than many people realize. For example, migraines, menstrual cramps, hair loss, reduced libido - to name just a few - can be related to this.
Stress reduction and relaxation are therefore an essential part of how I work. This is also different for everyone. Some people like to listen to music, others go for a walk in the forest and benefit from yoga or certain breathing techniques. Together we will look at which approach suits you individually and how you can gently integrate it into your everyday life.
Exercise and Sports
Everyone knows them: the people who go to the gym early in the morning and are pumping all day to recharge their batteries?
But you aren't necessarily like that?
Exercise is of course an important part of a healthy life and also important for balancing your hormones.
However, not all sport is the same and can even have a counterproductive effect on hormone levels (or even help).
In addition, people are very different. Not everyone can easily integrate sport into their everyday life or has to deal with physical ailments. I'd be happy to help you find your optimal way to do this.
