Example of a client
I would like to use an example to illustrate my working method.
Antje wants to lose 10 kg and has no energy. She sleeps badly and is unhappy with herself. She drags herself through the day and is no longer herself. She has already tried several diets and quickly gains weight again.
In a personal consultation, we look at what her day looks like, what keeps her busy and what she eats and drinks. We quickly realise that there is still a lot to improve. She starts her new diet at home straight away. She comes back after x weeks (we keep in touch from time to time) and has already lost 5 kg and is already feeling better. She says that she doesn't think she can maintain her weight because it has never been possible up to now. And this is where my coaching begins. We look at blockages and beliefs and gently resolve them energetically. I then accompany her until she has reached her goal or for as long as she wants.
